As always, disregard my poor playing and demonstration abilities - the guitar truly does sound wonderful. Recorded on a Pentax Kx with a 50mm f/1.7 prime and the audio came from a Samson CO1U condenser Mic. |

So, here it is, the Prunes and Custard, as suggested by one of my lovely viewers. For those like me that love pedals with odd tones, this is no exception. At it's heart, it is a distortion pedal, but it is sooooo much more. You also get some crazy odd harmonic overtones and modulations that sound great when paired with either a guitar or a bass. This is my most-requested original song, so I had to test it on my new system, which consists of two JBL Eon 515 XT speakers and a JBL Eon 500 bass subwoofer, with my guitar and vocals run through an Allen & Heath Zed 10FX mixer. I couldn't be happier with my new sound! |
