Django Reinhardt Restored! With The Quintette Du Hot Club De France (Corrected After 71 Years)

The song is called "J'attendrai Swing". On this Demonstration, I not only restored the sound from the original film taking out the hissing and pops and bringing the tones back to the audio. But also fixed two parts of the film that was edited wrong when it was originally made in 1939. You can tell to two parts I fixed as they are the only parts of the film that now have Fade/Blending Edit Cuts instead of just Straight Edit Cuts. One edit is from Stefano Grappelli's Violin Solo into Django Reinhardt's Guitar Solo. And the second is from the Guitar Solo back to Grappelli. Watch all the other videos of this film and you will see what the difference is. And so I am proud to be the one after 71 years (that I know of), to bring this rare clip to it's original intended glory :) If you need Professional Restoration done, Feel free to Message me. Sleepwalk plays on the vintage player while images of 50's teens, Hotrods and more... its all over now - just like it was for the final images of a cool flamed Hot Rod and its 50's driver. Demo of a Restored Genuine 60's Vintage Fender Strat!

This is a demo of a genuine 60's Vintage Fender Strat I have recently restored to full glory. It was a guitar bought in the 70's and as it turned out, was put together from various pieces of a much older Strat and resprayed with blonde finish. Check fenderguru.com for amp tricks and mods. Recorded in Oslo 10. Sept 2009. The video shows an assembling of a stratocaster. Guitar amp used is a pre-CBS 1965 Fender Super Reverb with MojoTone 10RR speakers. Amp has tremolo circuit disconnect mod and V1 pulled out. It is miked by one Sennheiser 906 mic in the tolex and one Shure SM58 1 meter up and in front of the amp to capture ambience. A Zoom H4 is used for recording. The guitar is a shell pink US Custom Guitars strat that I built myself. Ash body with shell pink nitro lacquer and flame maple 1-piece neck, both beatufully painted and relic'ed by Gord Miller, Canada (http SS6105 frets, Lindy Fralin Hot Vintage pups, Callaham hardware. Strings are Pyramid round core 11-15-18-26-36-52 tuned in Eb. Video and music is performed and recorded by Jens Mosbergvik. |

This is a Fender Bassman Blackface 1965 AB165, with a scarry sound coming from it.

I put new preamp tubes in and turned on the amp. This was the sound coming from the speakers. It was not music. Bad popping and crackling issues. Please see other video on voltage readings. Does anyone know what this sound is? |

suprema vintage 50s parlor guitar

an old parlor guitar from the 50s, it has some serious playing wear and some potential cracks to come but it is still solid and stays in tune, the guy who sold it to me tuned it the i went busking with it for two hours in the cold and when i got home it was still in perfect tune. 50 dollars well spent if i do say so. |
