Metal Riffs on a 12 Year Old Fender Mexican Telecaster with Single Coil's
testing out recording sound, for when I do some serious covers in the future. The guitar is directly plugged into my macbook and I'm simulating an amp. ...I heard a lot of guitarists saying you can't play metal on a telecaster... Oh really? 2000 Fender Mexican Telecaster Fender Noiseless pickups Garageband Filmed in photobooth... /facepalm, I know... The song I'm playing is Vicarious by Tool. I just briefly looked at the tab and jammed along, so yeah, its filled with mistakes. Don't take this too seriously, il upload some decent HD videos of some covers asap.

Sunn beta lead - another demo
Another demo of my sunn beta lead. This time I have fully experimented and got the tone I was looking for. Mostly improvised and I know you are better than me and blablabla. Setup is fender telecaster + sunn beta lead powering sunn 202 cabinet. Volume is the lowest possible so I don't get evicted as this thing is loud as hell. This is why my strumming sounds so loud.

Fender Redwood Tele Tones (Zayn)
Some folks msged me about posting another video relaying the tones capable of the fender redwood telecaster - here you go! I start by just using a tubescreamer, for some warmth/gain, then later in the clip I add a rat distortion unit for a little more bite-ey gain. Amp used is a fender twin reverb, for delay I use a Strymon El Capistan Tape Echo. I had fun demonstrating, hope you enjoy listening.
